Apache Qpid 0.18 was released in September 2012. The release page describes the major new features, changes, bug fixes, and known issues.
The Windows installer was built with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (VC9) and tested on Windows 7. It should work fine on XP, Server, Vista, and Windows 7. The optional SQL-based persistence module requires the freely available Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005 or higher. The optional CLFS-based persistence module requires Windows 7 or Server 2008 in addition to the SQL requirement.
